Meet Allie
Professional Beach Volleyball Athlete
Allie Wheeler is a professional beach volleyball athlete playing on the AVP and FIVB tours. Born and raised in the Silicon Valley, she grew up as a competitive, multi-sport athlete. She attended Archbishop Mitty High School where she initially found a spark in indoor volleyball. She started playing competitively for her high school and Vision Volleyball Club. ​

During her sophomore year of high school, she started the recruiting process. After countless painful phone calls, emails, and college visits, she had the hard decision to make of whether to play beach or indoor in college.

"Allie makes everyday so much better than the last. She is incredibly dedicated, open-minded, and authentic in whatever she does. As a coach, she constantly knew exactly what I needed whenever I needed it. It was her total and unfailing faith in me that pushed me to leap across many obstacles and believe in myself. I always enjoyed just having Allie’s presence as she makes me want to work harder, play with more passion, and be the best that I can be."
